Refresh Device Info

The Refresh device info action updates all available information about the device shown on the Information tab of the device details.

In the details of a device under Devices → Inventory, the action is triggered directly via the Refresh device information icon in the header area; no dialog opens. Alternatively, it is available on the Actions tab under Apply action.

Relution sends the action to the Relution Companion on the device via push notification. If push delivery is not possible, the action remains in the Pending status until the device fetches it itself the next time it connects. The displayed information is only updated once the device has responded.
