Zero Touch Enrollment
Introduction
Android Zero-Touch Enrollment is a service that enables organizations to deploy large numbers of Android devices automatically — without requiring additional manual configuration by administrators or end users.
Once a device is unboxed, powered on, and connected to the internet, it is automatically configured with predefined corporate policies, apps, and settings. This allows for fast, standardized, and secure provisioning of Android devices in enterprise environments.
Devices for Android Zero-Touch Enrollment (ZTE) cannot be added manually by end customers. Registration in the Zero-Touch portal must always be performed by an authorized reseller or OEM partner.
Android Zero-Touch Enrollment
The functionality of Android Zero-Touch Enrollment is comparable to Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME)
In the Zero-Touch portal, a configuration is created first and then assigned to the desired devices from the device list.
