Customer HubUser Messages
Managed Android Enterprise devices can display a message on the lock screen. This makes it easier to identify the device or can be used for a contact option in case of loss. In addition, a short and a long support message can be configured, which are displayed as a pop-up in the system settings, for example, when a locked setting is accessed.

All messages can also be customized by country: if a device is set to English, for example, the message matching the system language is displayed.
Lock Screen Message
This message is displayed on the device’s lock screen. Useful content includes:
- name of the company/organization
- device ID
- contact email or phone number
Short Support Message
This message is displayed as a pop-up within the device’s settings whenever access to a locked setting is attempted.
Long Support Message
This message is displayed as a pop-up within the device’s settings whenever access to the device administrator setting is attempted.
