Customer HubRestrictions
The Restrictions policy configuration restricts or permits functions on managed macOS devices. The configuration corresponds to the Apple restrictions payload; which settings a device actually applies depends on the macOS version and on whether the device is managed in supervised mode.
The overview below lists the settings available in the portal in the order and grouping of the configuration form. The notes shown directly on the individual fields in Relution are authoritative, for example regarding the minimum version or required supervision.
A disabled setting generally means that the corresponding function is blocked on the device. If a setting is not set at all, the behaviour of the device remains unchanged — a restriction is therefore not enforced automatically just because it exists in the configuration.
