Customer HubOverview
A policy is a collection of one or more configurations. Each policy can be applied to one or more devices at the same time. Likewise, each device can be linked to one or more policies.
Available configurations

| Apple Configurator 2 Configuration → | Applies a configuration profile (.mobileconfig) created with Apple Configurator 2 to devices |
| External Intelligence Settings → | Controls external, cloud-based AI integrations via Siri and Apple Intelligence (visionOS 26.4 or later) |
| Intelligence Settings → | Centrally controls Apple Intelligence features such as Genmoji, Image Playground, and Writing Tools (visionOS 26.4 or later) |
| Passcode → | Passcode policy for Apple devices |
| Restrictions → | Manages device restrictions |
| Siri Settings → | Centrally controls Siri’s behavior, including the profanity filter and access while locked |
| Software update settings → | Controls the update behavior of devices, e.g. automatic downloads, deferral, and notifications (visionOS 26 or later) |
| Managed Software Updates → | Enforces operating system updates, targeting a specific version by a deadline (visionOS 26 or later, supervised devices only) |
| WiFi | Manages Wi-Fi settings |
| Certificate | Selects a certificate to be installed on the device by default |
