Introduction #

The Relution Agent monitors the compliance status of each device, provides apps via the Relution Store and offers support for multi-user mode (iOS) on various devices. These comprehensive features enable smooth and centralized management of all devices, whether in a school setting or in a demanding corporate environment. By seamlessly integrating these features, Relution Agent creates an efficient platform that optimizes both security and productivity in mobile device management.

Relution Agent for iOS #

The Relution Agent is automatically installed on all managed devices and acts as the central application for the comprehensive Mobile Device Management (MDM) functions. An outstanding security measure is that the Relution Agent remains unchangeable on the device as long as the MDM profile is stored on it. This immutability ensures the constant presence and reliability of the MDM functions, creating a solid basis for the secure and efficient management of devices.

Functions of the app #

• Display the compliance status of the device
• Install and update relevant apps
• Uninstall apps that are not required
• Display, request and add apps and web links
• Relution Shared Device (for cross-user devices)
• IBeacon, GeoFence and zone detection
• Display messages via the MDM system on the device

Relution Agent for Android Enterprise #

The Relution Agent app is an integral part of the comprehensive Relution platform and can only be used in conjunction with the Relution backend component and the corresponding access data. The Relution Agent is automatically installed on all managed devices and acts as the central application for the comprehensive Mobile Device Management (MDM) functions

Relution Agent for Windows #

The Relution Agent developed for Microsoft Windows offers basic store functionalities and is available in the Windows Store.
Users with the required authorizations (at least ‘App Store User’) can view the Windows apps provided by the administrator via the Relution Portal. Administrators have the option of editing app requests.
