Lesson Schedules

Under Settings → Education → Lesson Schedules, you define the time frame within which teachers can start lessons via the Teacher App. This page is only visible with an Education or Free license.

Lesson Schedules

Maintain a list of lesson schedules with name, description, start time, and end time. New lesson schedules must not overlap with existing ones, and the end time must be later than the start time.

General Settings

  • Override system-wide settings: Only visible for tenant organizations. Allows deviating from the system-wide lesson settings.
  • Time zone: The time zone the configured lesson schedules refer to.
  • Limit lessons to timetable: When enabled, a teacher cannot start a lesson in the Teacher App outside the configured lesson schedules.
    • Lesson schedule days: Becomes required once the limitation above is enabled. Defines on which weekdays lessons may take place.

Access to Profile Pictures for Apple Education Configurations

Controls whether Relution may access users’ profile pictures to supply Shared iPad login and Apple Classroom with the stored profile pictures. Disabled by default.
