Profile pictures
Introduction
Relution allows storing profile images for existing users within the platform. This feature provides particular advantages in the Apple ecosystem, such as for the Classroom app or simplified login on Shared iPads.
When a user has a profile image assigned, teachers can more easily identify students within the Apple Classroom app. Additionally, the feature simplifies the login process on Shared iPads: users can select their class and click on their profile image to log in.
It is important to note that the profile images remain stored on Relution servers and are not synchronized with Apple servers.
Prerequisites
- Existing users in Relution
- User images in the format
256x256or512x512 - Images must be square
- Maximum image size:
300 KB
Configuration
- Create the images and name them according to the username of the corresponding users
- Combine all images into a
.zipfile - Navigate to Users in Relution
- Open the
three-dot menu - Select the option
