Create organizations
Introduction
Relation is multi-client capable, i.e. a realistic representation of school or company structures is possible. After installation, the first login is at the global organizational level. From there, further clients can be created. This article explains step by step what measures need to be taken and what needs to be paid particular attention to.
Creating an organization
- Log in to the system with the created or transferred administrator
admin
and the password.- The first time a user logs in, the EULA must be accepted.

- Should your organization, company, or business not be listed, please select the nearest available address.
Organization
- Name
- This is used for general display in Relution and can be changed later.
- Unique identifier of the organization
- This cannot be changed later (database-relevant).
- Sender address
- The sender address is the email address that the server should use as the sender when sending an email (e.g. when creating a new enrollment or when certificates expire, etc.)
- Reply addresses
- The reply address is the (optional) address that is written in the “Reply-To” field in the e-mail. If a user clicks on Reply in the registration e-mail, for example, this address should be used as the recipient instead of the original sender (depending on the mail client).
Administration
- Manage members
- Add existing members of the organization
- Create administrator
- Create a new administrator for this organization
Summary
- A summary of all the items entered or selected is displayed.
Restriction (optional)
- Licenses
- Without a limit, the created organization can use all Global licenses until they are used up. The limit can be set, removed or adjusted later (top right, next to the user name in the “?” menu, via the “License information” item).
