Off-Time Configuration
Introduction
In version 5.23 and beyond, the off-time configuration in Relution allows organization administrators to enter school holiday calendars for federal states and to add their own dates, either manually or by uploading an existing calendar file.
Configuration
The off-time configuration is located within an organization under Home > Settings > Off-Time Configuration
Here it is possible to activate the synchronization of school holiday calendars for different federal states
It is also possible to define time periods manually or import them from existing calendar files
Application with time-based policies
When creating new policies or changing existing policies, it is possible to activate or deactivate the off-time configuration using a switch. This completes the defined time periods within the policy and extends the configuration to the entire school year.
