Relution makes it possible to manage interactive whiteboards from the i3-Technologies brand.
Supported product ranges and models
The following product series are supported:
- i3TOUCH E-ONE
Enrollment
An enrollment is created for the platform Android with the type i3.
The Relution Companion must already be installed via the i3 Store before enrollment.
The Relution Companion is opened, and the server address and enrollment code are entered.
The Companion requests several confirmations. The displayed notifications and authorization requests must be confirmed. After successful enrollment, a corresponding confirmation screen will appear.
The on-screen instructions are then followed until the enrollment is completed.
The device should now be visible in the Relution Portal inventory.
Enable Device Owner
The integration needs Device Owner permissions on the device. To enable Device Owner, the instructions for Android Debug Bridge setup and connection → apply.
After the device has been connected, the device owner mode is enabled by executing the following command:
adb shell dpm set-device-owner com.mwaysolutions.relution.i3/com.mwaysolutions.relution.receiver.MdmDeviceAdminReceiver

Manufacturer-Specific policy
The manufacturer-specific policy i3 offers the following settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable automatic brightness | Adjust brightness automatically |
| Set brightness | Set brightness to a fixed value. Enabling this option unlocks the Brightness field (0–100). |
| Set volume | Set volume to a fixed value. Enabling this option unlocks the Volume field (0–100). |
| Enable lock screen PIN | Set a lock screen PIN in the Lockscreen pin field (required, 4–8 digits) |
| Power on/off schedules | Up to 10 schedules for automatic power on and off |
