Relution makes it possible to centrally manage interactive whiteboards of the CVTE hardware platform.

Supported Actions
The Android Enterprise Actions → are available, including Shutdown device. This action shuts the whiteboard down completely. With Android Enterprise, it is only supported by certain whiteboards; the portal marks it with the supported vendors, including heinekingmedia (HKM).
Supported Policies
In addition to the CVTE OEMConfig configuration, all Android Enterprise configurations are supported.
Relution CVTE OEMConfig App
To make the additional functions of the whiteboards available via Android Enterprise, the Relution CVTE OEMConfig app must be installed and configured on the device.
Configuration
The Relution CVTE OEMConfig app is configured via a policy with a CVTE OEMConfig configuration.
The configuration installs the Relution CVTE OEMConfig app on the device with the installation type Force-installed, updates it with high priority and grants it the required permissions. Users cannot remove the app. A separate distribution via the Manage apps configuration is neither required nor possible: if the app is listed there, the configuration cannot be saved, and the portal refers to the CVTE OEMConfig configuration.
Placeholders can be used in the configuration values; the form shows the available placeholders.
The app also reports additional device information to Relution, such as IP and MAC address, firmware and system version, and the status of Ethernet, hotspot and Wake-on-LAN.
