Problem

The installation of WinGet-apps through Relution fails with the following error code: -1978335230

The following error message is returned:

Argument name was not recognized for the current command : ‘–disable-interactivity’

Ursache

The installed WinGet version is too old and does not yet support the required argument --disable-interactivity.

Lösung

WinGet must be installed in at least version 1.6. An update of WinGet should be available in the Microsoft Store.

💡

WinGet versions older than 1.6 are unable to perform a self-update.
