WinGet Error Code

The installation of WinGet apps via Relution fails with the following error code: 1073741515

Cause #

During the installation of apps via WinGet, an error may occur if the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is not installed on the target machine.

WinGet Error 1978335230 #

The installation of Winget apps via Relution fails with the following error code: 1978335230

One of the following error messages is displayed:

Argument name was not recognized for the current command: --disable-interactivity

Argument name was not recognized for the current command : --disable-interactivity

Cause #

The installed WinGet version is too old and does not yet support the required argument –disable-interactivity.

Solution #

WinGet must be installed at least in version 1.6. An update for WinGet should be available in the Microsoft Store.

WinGet versions older than 1.6 cannot update themselves yet.
